Return Policy – Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, as each piece is produced specifically per order.

We take great care in producing each item to ensure quality and accuracy. However, if your order arrives defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bytishaa@hotmail.com so we can review the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Please note that slight variations may occur due to the made-to-order nature of our products. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
